No Contest is a documentary style surf series that goes beyond the competition scene to explore the culture, people, and hidden stories behind the world’s top surf destinations. The series dives into the local surf communities, showcasing iconic waves, underground talent, and the unique lifestyle that surrounds each stop.
My role on this project was cinematographer, capturing both water angles and wide shots on land. I had the incredible opportunity to shoot alongside an amazing crew from Stab and Red Bull during the summer after my junior year of college. I’m super grateful for the opportunity I had to learn and grow alongside some of the best in the industry.

Stab in the Dark is a one-of-a-kind surf film series that brings together the world’s best surfers and top shapers for a blind board test, pushing design and performance to the limit. The project blends high-level surfing with storytelling, giving viewers an inside look at the creative process behind board shaping and the unfiltered reactions of the surfers putting them to the test.
My role here was the social editor. My goal was to create engaging content to amplify the film’s reach. I worked on video distribution for partners like Red Bull and O’Neill, ensuring the project gained maximum visibility while maintaining its creative integrity. I played a key role in shaping how Stab in the Dark was presented to audiences worldwide.

Bum Rush Tour is a surf event where we show up unannounced at different beaches, run a fun and laid back surf contest, and give a prize to the surfer who entertains us the most. There’s no entry fee, no heats, no rules. Just celebrating local surf communities, spreading good vibes, and keeping things spontaneous.
As a social editor for Sun Bum’s Bum Rush Tour, I edited content to showcase the spontaneity and energy of each event. I created social edits, optimized videos for engagement, and helped amplify the tour’s reach across Instagram and YouTube.
